Prizes: Judges’ pick and readers' pick each win $300. The finalists as selected by the judges’ panel and the top three as voted on by the readers will be listed in the CL Photo Issue in print and online on Mar. 21, and screened during the Gasparilla International Film Festival on Mar. 22. The winners of the Grand Prize and Readers’ Choice will be announced at the screening.

Entry fee: $5 per video.
Theme: Go local. Focus on the faces and places, the telling details and the big pictures in the Tampa Bay area. Local color, local legends, local life — whatever “local” means to you.
Guidelines: Submit up to three (3) short videos that speak to the “Local” theme. You must be a resident of Florida to enter; non-residents who are enrolled in Florida colleges and universities are also eligible. Official Rules available here.
